What is Live-in Care?

 

Live-In Care is an ideal alternative to Care or Residential Homes. Put it simply, you receive care and support in your own home. We provide you with a suitable, trusted and competent carer, who will live in your home throughout the agreed duration.

Our Services

We offer a broad range of services which are custom made to suit your individual lifestyle.

These range from anything such as:

  • ​Providing Companionship - engaging in hobbies and games/crosswords, reading newspapers/magazines, walks, inspiring conversation/motivation, support to attend social events and activities

  • Physical Health - support with general exercising and/or in collaboration with advice from physiotherapist and other health professionals

​​

  • Health Care - managing doctor/hospital appointments, medication reminders and prompts

​​

  • Emotional and mental well being - holistic approach, helping to set goals, achieve the goals etc

​​

  • Personal Care - bathing, oral hygiene, skin care management, toileting, incontinence

​​

  • Nutrition and hydration needs - food preparation, managing fluid intake, cooking healthy and nutritious meals

  • Mobility – preventing falls, support getting in and out of bed/around the house, safe transfers to medical appointments and other

  • Light Housework duties and support with shopping
