Horizons Care - the leading specialist in Live-in Home Care.

Our Vision at Horizons Care is to represent,

and champion a care approach/culture which is second to none.

Where, every person is cared for by compassionate, consistent, motivated and caring staff.

Our vision is two-fold, we care for the people who use our service(s),

and we care for the people who provide the service (Our Carer's).

We are passionate about improving the lives of older people

and those who care for them.

Our office is based in the South of Northamptonshire. However, our services are not limited to this region, we service Care Packages all over England.

Our Care Managers and Director are actively involved in the day to day running of the business, and maintain regular contact with clients and their families,

by telephone and regular visits.

We operate an Out-of-hours live 24/7, On Call service,

which means that advice and support are only a telephone call away.

We want to see the care we provide,

through the eyes of the people who use our service.

Our Mission is to promote and champion a fresh approach in the delivery of care - 'Everyday is a new horizon'.

An approach which is honest, individual, adaptable, ever changing (fit for purpose) and always caring,

to meet our clients changing needs, supporting individuality and promoting choice.

To understand each service user as an individual, and deliver a service which is representative of such.

We will involve, inspire, inform and empower our clients to live their lives reaching their full potential.

We are a professional registered company.

We constantly adapt to changing legal requirements and provide the highest in

UK home care industry standards.

Horizons Care is registered with The Care Quality Commission (CQC), The Independent Regulator of Health & Social Care in England. They monitor, inspect and regulate Care Providers to ensure that they are providing safe, effective, compassionate and high quality care.
